Ever feel like you’ve lost your mojo, and you just can’t seem to get it back?

No, not the kind Austin Powers was missing – I’m talking about your motivation and momentum to get sh*t done, especially when it comes to your fitness goals.

A few months ago, you were in a groove. You were working out, going for walks, eating more veggies – life felt good. You had momentum.

But then something happened. Maybe work got busy. Maybe things got hectic at home. Or maybe you just got sick one week and fell out of routine.

Now, you feel unproductive. Lazy. You get sucked into the black hole of social media, and by the end of the day, you’re frustrated you didn’t get anything done.

You keep saying “Tomorrow will be different.” But tomorrow ends up looking a lot like today.

I’ll be honest – that was me a few weeks ago with my business. I wanted to make progress, but I kept scrolling, procrastinating, and telling myself I’d do it tomorrow.

So how did I break the cycle? And how can you do the same? (I dig deeper into this HERE)

Simple: I created a few non-negotiable daily tasks.

It started small:

  • Watch one video from a course I’m taking.
  • Read 5 pages a day (eventually bumped to 10).

These tiny, process-based goals helped me build momentum – and that momentum turned into real progress.

You can do the same with your fitness.

For one week, commit to one small action each day:

  • Drink a big glass of water first thing in the morning
  • Take 1 scoop of protein powder + creatine daily
  • Go for a 10-minute walk
  • No caffeine past 4 PM
  • Eat 3 servings of fruit or veggies

It doesn’t have to be huge.

You don’t need to hit the gym for three hours. You just need to build momentum.

And once you’ve got it – once that mojo is back – that’s where I can help you take it to the next level.
